SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Please allow extra 2 business days during busy/promotion period.
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Queensland by Australia Post or an alternative option. All deliveries with Australia Post are tracked. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow the link to track your order.
Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
- For orders within Australia: Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
- Standard shipping: Standard shipments are delivered within 4 – 7 days depending on where you live (Mertro/Remote).
- Express shipping: Metro areas - within 1 - 3 business days. In remote areas, delivery could take up to 4 business days.
(Note : Products like essential oil cannot be express shipped) - For International orders – You can expect delivery of the order within 4-15 business days depending on the country you live in.
Shipping Charges
- For Orders within Australia: Orders of over $75 will receive free Standard Shipping (3-5 business days). Orders $75 and under will incur a $10 Standard Shipping fee. Customers can also choose to upgrade to Express Shipping for $15
- For International Orders: Currently we are shipping to Australia only. We will announce soon when we do international shipping. Sorry for the inconvenience.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Sleep Rituals, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. We will accept returns or refund if a product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law.
- If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns and refunds within 10 days of purchase of goods.
- Products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms.
- Proof of purchase like order confirmation/invoice.
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and discretion of Sleep Rituals.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
- Shipping charges incurred are non refundable if the product is exchanged or returned for change of mind.
- Sleep Rituals is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
- In case of any issues or faulty product from Sleep Rituals we can exchange/refund the product. All you need to do is send us a photograph or a video proof and email us within 48 hours of delivery to our Customer Care and we will be happy to assist you – info@sleeprituals.com.au (for shipment and product related queries)
