This sleep mist is amazing! I suffer with insomnia and stress and lately I have been sleeping too incredibly well! I spray this on my pillow and pj’s before bed and have a cup of chamomile tea and it works so well! Would definitely recommend!!!

This sleep mist is incredible. I use it frequently, either to help me relax before I fall asleep or just to make my bed & sheets smell nice and it’s just amazing. It is quite a small bottle but it has lasted me surprisingly long, and I’m generous with the amount of sprays I use. I’ve had it for about 4 months and have only used a little more than half the bottle so it’s worth the purchase!
